Wednesday Bienusa

MA, ATC| Assistant Athletic Trainer

Wednesday Bienusa, a California native, joined the Stanford Athletic Training staff in August of 2019 to work with the Cardinal football and Men’s Crew teams. Before assuming her current role, she was the assistant athletic trainer for the women’s basketball, men and women’s swimming and women’s water polo at UC Santa Barbara.

Prior to joining joining UC Santa Barbara,Wednesday worked at University of Alabama-Birmingham helping to rebuild the Blazer’s football program as an intern athletic trainer. Wednesday worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Fresno State University while completing her Masters of Arts in Psychology of Sport with an emphasis in psychology of injury. She attended Sacramento State University to complete her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training.
